To achieve this “Quality Policy,” our company ensure the following actions are carried out.
- We are dedicated to meeting customer requirements, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring compliance.
- To translate the “Quality Policy” into specific actions while keeping in mind the management policy, we establish quality objectives, review them regularly, and clarify the methods for their implementation.
- The following methods are used to communicate and ensure understanding of the “Quality Policy” within the company.
1). The president communicates repeatedly the “Quality Policy” and its purpose as opportunities arise.
2). Post the ‘Quality Policy’ within the company and distribute portable sheets containing its contents to employees to ensure everyone is aware of it.
3). Define quality assurance as requiring education and training. - The ‘Quality Policy’ is revised as necessary to meet the input requirements for the management review.
