Looking out of the window of my 4th floor office, I can see countless ships lining Tokyo Bay. Included among them are cargo ships, tankers, automobile carriers and ferries. Sometimes, depending on the season, you can also see fishing boats and yachts. Not only is this place one of Japan’s major arteries, it is also a center of global trade. At the same time, the real reason why I am able to lay eyes on such a sight may very well be the peace that surrounds it. Peace has been the first and foremost precondition for the prosperity Japan has continued to enjoy as a trading nation. That peace is not something that is simply handed to us, but is forged by us with our own sweat and tears. This also goes for our organization, which has been continuously active in the pursuit of peace as a support subcontractor for the Japanese Ministry of Defense. Going forward, all of us at KAIYO DENSHI KOGYO will continue to pool our capabilities together in order to bring forth greater levels of new value.

Over the last half century since our founding, KAIYO DENSHI KOGYO has consistently handled communications equipment and various other forms of electronic devices in the defense field. As specialists in telecommunications technology, we have successfully continued to grow through our sheer sincerity, integrity and focus on customer satisfaction. We conduct our business activities principally in the field of communications conducted by naval vessels (including escort vessels and marine sweepers) and land bases under the Japan Maritime Self-Defense Force. With our rich technical knowhow as the foundation, we have broadened our business territory to engage in the development, design, manufacture and maintenance of products that flexibly address client needs on a nationwide scale.
