Toward the 100th anniversary of our founding.
Since our founding in 1951, we have been able to accumulate a history of more than 70 years with the support of many people under the motto of “wholeheartedly”. As we approach our 100th anniversary, we are striving to become even more customer satisfaction oriented.
| 1951 06 | Founded KINSEKISHA TSUSHIN KOGYO Co., Ltd. in Setagaya, Tokyo, with the aim of primarily engaging in the maintenance and modification of radio equipment for the Japan Coast Guard and the U.S. military. |

| 1952 04 | With the establishment of the Coastal Safety Force, started maintenance work (repair, equipment, etc.) of electronic equipment on US Navy loaned vessels. |
| 1953 12 | Relocated to Isogo-ku, Yokohama and began the maintenance and manufacturing of electronic equipment for the Japan Maritime Self-Defense Force. |
| 1956 11 | Launched Hiroshima Factory and took charge of construction work of in the western region of Japan. |
| 1959 07 | Changed our company name to KAIYO DENSHI KOGYO CO., LTD. |
| 1964 02 | Launched Kawasaki Factory and started operations related to the Air Self-Defense Force radar site. |
| 1969 02 | Built the head office newly and merged the Kawasaki Factory. |
| 1974 06 | Became the Excellent Declaration Corporation of Yokohama Minami Tax Office. (to the present) |
| 1975 05 | Relocated the head office to the new building. (current location) |
| 1979 04 | Sasebo Branch Office was launched. |
| 1986 04 | Launched Maizuru Local Office. |
| 1988 12 | Launched Ohminato Local Office. |
| 1989 05 | Relocated and expanded Sasebo Local Office and changed the name to “Sasebo Regional Office”. Changed the name of Hiroshima Factory to “Hiroshima Regional Office”. |
| 1993年10月 | 広島事業所を呉市に新築移転 |
| 1995 09 | Launched Iruma Local Office. |
