Information Security Policy

We recognize the importance of protecting both the information assets entrusted to us by our customers and our own information assets. To this end, we have established, implemented, maintained, and continuously improved an Information Security Management System (ISMS) to ensure confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information. By effectively managing risks, we aim to build trust with our stakeholders and provide services and products that meet the expectations of our customers. To achieve this, we have defined the following Information Security Policy.

1. Objectives of Information Security
   We formulate the objectives of information security based on our business strategy and goals, as part of our quarterly activity plan, and take concrete actions to achieve them.
2. Compliance with Laws and Regulations
   We comply with applicable laws, regulations, contractual obligations, and standard requirements related to information security, and strive to properly manage our information assets.
3. Risk Management
   We establish a framework for assessing risks, implement appropriate controls to safeguard information assets, and periodically review and improve these measures.
4. Management system
   We define roles and responsibilities related to information security and establish a system for systematic management and operation.
5. Response to information security issues
   We strive to prevent information security issues related to our information assets. If an issue should occur, we promptly investigate the cause and work to minimize any damage.
6. Education/Training
   All employees who have access to information shall be made aware of the importance of information assets and shall receive the education and training necessary to ensure information security.
